I believe this is where the Cave Tower Ruins are located west of Blanding just south of Highway 95 about 3/4 mile along a very easy trail. This is at the head of a canyon that empties into Mule Canyon just a short distance downstream.

No, although that is slightly warmer. It is the head of a canyon that empties into another larger canyon, but it's not Mule Canyon that it empties into.

Mt. Timpanogos is just above the bike across Utah Lake with West Mountain in the view too so maybe Silver Pass or someplace close by.

Close enough, on the Burristan Pass Road just above the Silver Pass Road, within a 1/2 miles of Silver Pass proper.
