The P.O./builder installed this brake bias valve between the seats to help with a front dig. It’s just a single line in, single line out.

The idea is to crank up the brake bias for the rear axle, step on the brake with the rear axle in neutral, and gas it to dig the front end around. It does work, but not very well. I usually have trouble with stickers my calipers after using it, plus it’s hard on the front axle because you’re driving through the applied brakes on the front as well.
I know most will recommend cutting brakes, but I’d kinda like to keep it simple and replace this bias valve with a ball valve. Colt Clewly (Colt Builds it) on YouTube has something sorta like what I want. He just mashes the brake pedal, closes the valve, then he can let off the brake pedal and the rear brakes stay locked until he opens the valve.
Does anyone know where I could source a ball valve that would be appropriate for this?
