    I agree with Carl, I wouldnt replace the knuckles. This rig is super light and I doubt will see the abuse it really takes to break a stock knuckle.

    the only chunk of 8" square tube I could find was 1/2" thick so I would guess the base alone weighs 125 Lbs. 2 guys can pretty easily get in and out of the bed of the truck.
