http://www.suwa.org/site/PageServer?pagename=ORVMayhem_VideoContest Has anyone seen this? They are having a contest to see who can submit the "worst off road mayhem" I say we fight fire with fire by sending in as many videos of trail clean ups as we can find, it would be awesome if they...

    Little Moab

I wouldn't mind trying to organize some sort of fund to buy little moab or at the very least the main rock pile, (if its even possible) it would be cool to set up something like area bfe but on a smaller scale, although I have no idea how possible that would be. I've always though it would be...

Automatic or manual tranny for off-roading?

I'm struggling with this problem right now as I'm collecting parts to build a buggy. I loooooooove my manual but I know the benefits of an auto and with the motor I want to run its way easier to bolt up an auto. Not to mention fitting an auto shifter in a buggy with limited space is a bit easier...

mountain yoat's latest adventure: werock (4runner rebuild)

Thanks guys! We are going to go with a receiver winch mount due to the fact of simplicity and that it won't affect our angles at all. Its mounted in the back seat directly behind the drivers seat, so it won't block my view, although I did make it so it can go in the receiver the other way...

mountain yoat's latest adventure: werock (4runner rebuild)

I've been busy trying to wrap things up and I haven't updated for a bit: I've noticed from the delta crawls that approach angle is a key factor. I've seen tons of people, including myself, get stuck when their front bumper dives into a rock, especially going down a vert. With that in mind I...
