How about RTV to seal the crack? I have seen the plastic weld process and it was not easy nor was it clean.

Any experience with aftermarket JK axles for the D44 axles? My father in law has bent one, and is now thinking he wants a larger lift and larger tires. Now is the time to upgrade to something aftermarket. Any suggestions on is avalible and any recomendations?
