    The old gas smelled like gas not varnish. I topped it off with 10 more gallons of fresh and put a bottle of injector cleaner in it and ran it around the neighborhood for 20 minutes and it runs like a champ. It even seems better than before. Maybe I should use more old gas. Thanks you guys...

    The last time I rotated my fuel stored in plastic cans I missed 3 of them and I just added about 8 gallons of 2008 gas, that had added Stay-bil in it, to my tank that had about 6 gallons of fresh gas. I tried to siphon all the gas out of the tank and the hose stops before it hits gasoline...

    The most common is the .22 but if you mean larger caliber it has to be the 30-06 because of the millions of rounds produced durring WW1 & 2 + the latter ones.
