Sounds more like you have a worn out viscous coupler or something. Splines usually don't get worn out and you'd probably hear it. Why don't you give us a little more info like what it doesn in four that makes you think you don't have power and what you're doing when it's on blocks.

Noooo way, that's wacked. There's an adjustment sleeve on the drag link just below the steering box. You can turn that with a pipe wrench to thread it in and out. That will adjust the direction of the tires comparted to the wheel. The reason the Tuff guys tell you you don't need a drop...
