Just a quick cost update, the sticker shock part. Stucco is going to cost me an additional $2000. The tile roof supplies were another $800. By the time I get the power ran to it, and painted, I’ll be into it somewhere around $4500-$5000.

It’s easy to tell which hood you need by looking at the front fenders. At the rear of the tire opening there is a small horizontal area that extends to the rear of the fender. If that horizontal run is just an inch or so, you need a short hood. If it’s more like 6”, you need a long one

If it’s finished Sheetrock now, you could cover it with sanded paint to get that concrete vibe. My house is stucco/shotcrete. I wouldn’t want that for any interior finish, it’s way too rough.
