    Electronic Circuit Project Ideas?

Another thing that would be nice for time and distance rallies would be a readout that would give you required speed to travel in order to maintain t/d requirements before you get to a check point. In the old days we used a Curta calculator or a slide rule to keep our speeds correct. You would...

    Electronic Circuit Project Ideas?

I the 70's we made dune flag poles with lights running up and down in different patterns. I think it would be easier with led's that are available today.

The 2012 Mint 400, my 200 mile car wreck with Team Canguro

Two things, It was the Mojave 24 Hour Race out of Barstow, not the Firecracker 250, and I will be at my Granddaughters graduation in June which will be in Washington. You probably know that the first SNORE race was 1969 and I think it was the Mint 400 that was stopped for awhile. Poor memory...

Wanted: Someone to teach communications 101 at the RME Quarterly Training Day

I do not have any experience with satellite but have CB, FRS, and Ham 2 meter. I would fill in if you don't get a better offer. I taught classes on ham and CB before but would have to brush up as it has been awhile.

The 2012 Mint 400, my 200 mile car wreck with Team Canguro

Brings back great memories and it looks like the silt is still 2 or 3 feet deep. Firecracker 250 was the only one I actually got to drive and it was a mixture of desert and mountain terrain.

    Wanted......Running Scout!

My 72 scout II was running fine when I sold it in 2006. Daily driver/weekend wheeler all that time except when I got the jeep ZJ in 1995 then it only saw duty when the wheeling was rough. I will see if it is still around although the kid did take the hard top off.

AF Canyon Land Swap in the news...

I am surprised we have not heard more from the motorcycle community because there are great single track trails in the area that friends of mine like to ride. I will contact them and ask but most of them do not belong to clubs and only ride as a once in a while hobby. Should have said dirt...

Consumer reports Ram 2500 diesel gas mileage

Dave mentioned that the computer in the P/U that gives fuel mileage are notoriously inaccurate so I am going to do an actual fuel and mileage check. Thought I had some data recorded but it is 2 years old and pulling trailer was 11 MPG and solo was 19.6 MPG at that time.

    95 ZJ with window problem

Tried to upload pics but no luck. Your pics are much better anyway. I remembered how heavy doors are but still had a rough time with the window up and not any hand holds. As I got it apart my previous repair job was very extensive. This time will do a better job but wondering how to get it...

    95 ZJ with window problem
