That would be ideal, but a couple reasons I chose not to: Prep and hanging of 16’ers is gnarly solo. It also increases the chances of accidental folding. From a cosmetic standpoint, that’s a lot of surface area that I wanted to break up with dividing trim. Is it more work and expense, yes. 😂

The girlfriend and I stick to cheaper coffee makers and replace every 10-12 months. Runs everyday, sometimes twice and grinding Bones brand beans are the go-to. No clue what it costs, but comes with a sticker, so that adds immeasurable value.

Finally got around to building a physical rear steer lockout. Drew up some delrin “keys” that slip tightly between the clevises and an existing delrin spacer I use to limit travel. I still need to round up some fancy pins for use with the chassis tabs and get some bolts that are the correct...

Ramp/sideboard project done and trucker fairing also done, minus bolt tab prep/paint and deciding what finish or coating for the aluminum. Here’s a fun fact… The sideboards have a total of 72 dimpled holes in the aluminum treads and 222 hand drilled/tapped holes in the steel frames. 222 is 1/3...

Sideboard project continues with rear sections basically done. Lots of threads tapped and dimpled holes sanded. 🙄. Walmart trucker fairing a bit further along with tabs mostly welded up top and supports just dangling at the moment.
