Anyone ever had a gunsmith remove a barrel/machine threads on an AK?

FWIW, my nephew Hunter Hatch is going to be in the same program at SUU after transferring from USU’s program up north. I believe he has a similar amount of flight hours. I had no idea SUU was one of the best high altitude helicopter programs in the country.

Oh, I know where to find downed trees on the lesser traveled trails like the one we were on last week. ;) I could spend a lot of time cutting those out, but they'll have to wait until spring.

I may be a bit biased, but after shopping around, call RMATV in St. George. With the snow coming to the higher elevations up here, you could break it in on some great singletrack down south. They'll throw in a $200 RMATV gift card too.
