I haven't ridden in the desert yet since Brad worked mine over, so i'll be testing this weekend too. Sam sent the forks off his new husky to zip ty and they came back worse. Kreft has got them now.

He's got whats called a "dry break" sytem and the fuel comes from a "dump can" (jug). I had one on my 450 and I ordered my 3 gal. IMS tank with the spring loaded receiver part already in it. It would dump that 3 gallons in about 5 seconds. They're badass if seconds count.

I'll bring my springs as well... if time allows, I'll probably try swapping in a different one. Power-wise, my bike is bone stock besides the jetting changes I've made and a Q4. muffler.

You had a good race, you should feel good about it. Not sure how much better I would have done with the correct springs, but it sure would have been a nicer ride for sure!

I'd be happy to pass along the info from the Shane Watts clinic. It all comes down to practice, which i cetainly have not been doing enough of. Tyson went to Skyler Howes clinic just last month, so we'll all have to gang up on him as well. ;)

I've never had a collision with another rider, but I did tear out a barbed wire gate once with my bike. I opened and layed down one of those rancher's gates, went in about 10 miles then turned around. Never saw anyone the whole time, so I figured the gate was still down. Came around the bend...

That reminds me... I need to make a mount for my oxygen tank. :cody:
