Anyone selling their KTM 300? I'm in the market

On the XC vs. XCW decision, I chose the XC solely for the linkage over the PDS. If you don't care either way, I'd probably get the XCW w/ digital display, factory headlight, etc... OR pony up the extra $$$ and get the '15 Husky. You can get all the XCW stuff and linkage (that is, if linkage...

Anyone selling their KTM 300? I'm in the market

The XC's do not have hour meters or a digital display of any kind. The newer XCW's from '10-ish (???) to present have the digital display with multiple functions that include odo. BTW, I'd recommend bumping your desired year ahead from '10 to '11 and newer. '11 was the first year of the...

Anyone selling their KTM 300? I'm in the market

I added one to my '14 the same week I bought it. I wouldn't buy a used bike that didn't have one (or a display of some kind). Of course, there is no guarantee that routine maintenance has been performed. They at least give you hope that it has. ;)

    Glockman' DR650

Seen this bike in the parking lot at work a few times before the weather got cold. The trash can fairing looks suprisingly good!

    2nd Annual Winter Riding Trip

FWIW, I've looked at my calendar a bit closer and I could swing a later date in January as well.

    2nd Annual Winter Riding Trip

If there's still room in that dirty GMC and its the weekend of the 9th, I'm in. We could take down my trailer if you can handle the awesomeness of the '90's directional wheels. :greg: It fits 4 with plenty of room for gear.

1998 Chevy 2500 454 vortec 4x4 extended cab long bed

I'm not expecting to find a big block equipped truck with a 5-speed, just a small block with a 5-speed would be fine for the towing I'm doing. If I absolutely needed a big block, I wouldn't hesitate buying this truck.

1998 Chevy 2500 454 vortec 4x4 extended cab long bed

Yep, thanks for taking the time to meet up. Its definitely a good rig, I've just gotta decide if I want one with an auto or hold out for one with a 5 speed (which may be a long wait)...

My new to me 2011 KTM 300 XC

Congrats on the bike! I've had a love-hate relationship with my '14 300. Had a bit of a set-back after racetech sent the wrong fork springs and it wasn't caught during install, so the bike was pretty much a jackhammer in chop and small stuff at speed. Ended up taking it to Brad at Notch Peak...

    81 CJ5 Tranny fix

If accessing reverse has you shift to the left, you may have an SR4 tranny. If this is the case, you should not waste any time or money on it. The story I remember is that AMC bought up the surplus Pinto trannys when Ford discontinued the line, and that was the original intended use of the...

    Sage Riders Enduro

Although I was hoping that my return to USRA racing (and this new endure format) would have went better, it is what it is and can only get better from here... I too miss tons of races in favor of family riding trips or obligations to kids. My son and daughter ride, but were never really into...

    Sage Riders Enduro

Here's my quick report... First off, the Sage Riders did an awesome job and the course was great! I wasn't sure what to think about the enduro format originally, but it soon made perfect sense and they ran it really well. As in the past, everyone was way friendly and helpful. It was great to...
