Here is another AD that www.moab-solutions.org (the recycling center) put together to help thank those who have helped with the clean up. It was my impresson that this will be submitted to the news papers, etc. If I hear more about it I will give an update

Nothing like that in Utah. You can either go street legal and pass the saftey and emissions and drive it anywhere. Or you can register it as in OHV and not use it on the streets (similar to a 4-wheeler). But that will require it to be trailered to the trail. There are temporary transport...
