This had to be one of the best 'wheeling trips in memory. The scenery was beautiful, the weather was great, and you couldn't ask for a better mix of people to wheel with. Seriously, I would re-live this exact experience and be quite happy. I have a few photos and perhaps even a couple video...

I'm planning to go and my TJ is on 31s with a pegleg front and a limited slip rear--no locker at all. Yet.

I'm guessing he means the one in Highland at the corner of the Highland Highway (hwy 92) and the Alpine Highway (hwy 74). Is this correct? If so, it is called the Kountry Korner Chevron and its address is 5260 W 11000 N in Highland. BTW: when is Chevron gonna start sponsoring this web site?!?

I have ordered a metric crapload of parts; some of them have arrived and others are still in transit. I intend to install all of them later this month.

As an epilogue, Ralph and I both ordered HD tie rods the very next day. :D (Which reminds me, I ought to install one of those while I'm upgrading my current TJ.)

It's out west near Five Mile Pass. We are meeting at the Chevron on the corner of Redwood Road and Lehi Main Street (hwy 73) in Saratoga Springs at 8am. Until we actually hit the trail, yes. Once we're "there" it is mostly in canyons and not as bad. Our early start will help the temp, too.
