    It was the basic waggon. They did not add the terms "loyale" or anything else until the next body style a couple years later. Subaru choices then were the waggon, 2 door hatch back, sedan or the Brat (I would love to find a restored Brat, by the way.)

    1984 and similar year Subarus did have low range and adjustable height suspension front and rear- took about 20 minutes of wrenching to gain couple of inches. Unfortunately none of the current "SUCs" are at all comparable. We had an 84 we used for a number of years- mostly deer hunting etc...

    No personal experience with any of those, but the first things that come to my mind as far as limitations with that list are ground clearance and lack of low range.

    Spent this past Saturday hunting pronghorn outside of Mountain View. My son got his first big game animal. By the end of Saturday my brother and I each had ours as well. I headed home afterwards on Saturday, but my dad and brother stayed and dad got one Sunday morning, making us 4 for 4...

    In Cali looking into Utah Valley University.

    Can't speak for UVU personally, although everything I have heard from recent students has been positive. I think it is now the largest college in Utah and they have made huge strides in a short time.
