I have no idea what shape it is in....been sitting there since before we moved in....It looks clean, still has an auto tranny hooked to it.

I run Curries which are Foote blanks, which is Superiors parent company.... Anyway, I like them and if I break them more than once they will give me 40 splines and a spool!! I have not boken on yet. No evidence of twist yet. Some companies only warranty a shaft if it breaks inside the flange...

Agreed....it might work, but just save and get the right one....They right drop in is much better, more material around the caps etc....

You have to measure your carrier bearings to know if it is the bigger one. 3.065 is stock, 3.25" is the one for 35/40 spline. No other mods to the housing are needed.

Do a good alloy semi -float set of shafts and be done with it.... The FF is not hard. You can do it with junkyard parts and the weld on caliper mnts. Basically 44 frt spindles/rotor/etc.... OR your could go 35 spline :D New drop in and locker.... Can be done with a stock drop in, but...

Either Crank PS or cam PS if they have one.... DO NOT get them from any place other than the dealer. I had 3 bad ones out of the box from AZ. Crank sensor is the most commom problem....Sounds real similar to a problem Durham had with his rig (ran the same motor) and it was the crank sensor....
