how to press the bearing on the axle

Ditto, heat em and they drop right on. My wife cooks Thanksgiving dinner in my heater (hint)..... :D Just clean them up real good before heating with carb cleaner, and you'll keep the stench to a minimum.

Take a decent sized hammer, and whack em right next to the stud. The tapered keepers should pop right out. :)

CO - Ouray, Silverton, Lake City, Telluride Experts

Kurt, I've done all these trails, and will be doing them again over labor day. Your truck will handle it all. Most of these have a lot of gravel in them, so even in the rain they don't get really sloppy. But, you need to take your time. If you're into old mines (and I know you are), you'll be...

    Shaft questions

This is no big deal, but I can't help you with the parts. Post in the wanted section. You need a Jeep front, and Toy front or rear. Then just peice them together. I'm not a Ford guy, but on my TH350 the front driveline nearly rubbed the trans pan, so watch your driveline diameter if that is a...

Shower issues: Plumbers (and amatuer plumbers) please respond......

What he said Marc. Replace the problem now, or you'll be tearing things up again in a few years. I probably have all the materials sitting here that you'll need that you can carry away, so the only major expense will be the faucet. But, dont get a cheapie! If you don't know how to sweat copper...

    Hot Roddin'

The Dodge looks eactly like the Ford two door coupe. Only real difference is the front fenders follow the contour of the the the front tires, if that makes any sense. Front fenders are rounded down, but still swoop back to the running board without the big gaping hole.
