who sells beadlocks here in Utah?

I forgot to add that after I welded and ground mine I took them to a tire shop and put them on the balancing machine. 3 were perfect and one was barely off. I was really surprised at that. If you take your time centering them........they should stay balanced

who sells beadlocks here in Utah?

I got mine from Diy4x.com. The cool thing about his is you can customize them how you want them. I had the International Harvester logo cut into mine. His prices are way cheap. They start at 65 a wheel. Mine cost 70 per wheel. Then shipping which wasnt bad at all. I think I was 325 total...

Open spot for Kane Creek on Friday

They would have let me make the substitution. When I picked up my stuff I told them that my buddy couldnt make it and instead of money back I was going to have my wife drive my other truck and the lady just told me to make sure I tell the trail leader when we got there. Oh well. Had fun but...

I figured out how to fix my radius arm suspension

Im headin down tuesday morning the 3rd and coming home the 10th. Im hoping to not spend to much time on my side. My fenders and rear quarters are fiberglass so they dont bash well. But ya never know. I dont plan on babyin it. I never have. Build, bust, rebuild, bust. Thats our unofficial...

I figured out how to fix my radius arm suspension

I went to Tom Woods and told them about the vibration and he looked at me like I was a idiot. He said of course it vibrates. You have a lot of angle and the flex joints will vibrate. Good thing he told me that in the first place. I could have built a square driveshaft for nothing and I dont...

I figured out how to fix my radius arm suspension

The joints are 60 a piece but come with a breakage garauntee. You have to grease them a ton though. Im getting BAD vibrations from the front shaft. I heard these flex joints will vibrate a little but I cant go 5 mph in 4wd before it feels like the scouts gonna fall apart. Im taking it back...

I figured out how to fix my radius arm suspension

I hauled the thing to Tom Woods and had them look at it. They said I could get more angle with their flex joints then with cvs so thats what I have at both ends. They are pretty cool. The joint is offset rather then a straight X. I flexxed it and it wont bind........close though. Thats the...

    Which shop for gear installations?

If you want to take a trip to Idaho Falls my buddy Eric is the best and he doesnt charge much at all. After hes done he could take you out to the Rexburg rock trail for some good wheelin. That trail is cool because you can make it as hard or as easy as you like. Just an option

sounds cool! for a jeep that is :greg: So are you planning on running modified or open in the king challenge? I was planning on running modified but it looks like they changed the tire size rule. Wasnt it 40" and under last year? This year its 38 and under. Looks like the Scout will...

I figured out how to fix my radius arm suspension

$$$$$$$ This suspension cost me triple what I was hoping when I built the radius arms. (thats half the reason the bars are getting painted gold) The bottom bars are 2" 1/2" wall tube!! Between that, gears and detroits for both axles........IM BROKE!! The hydro assist is working great now...

I figured out how to fix my radius arm suspension

There was actually a 1 1/2" between the bar and the driveline right there. Close but it will never touch. That is as compressed as that coil will go. Theres about that much clearance with everything.......exhaust, oilpan, etc. But nothing will actually hit. Its crazy how perfect...
