As our group was working up the final waterfall up behind us came a kid and his sister in a YJ. Maybe a 2” lift and 33x10.50s. Probably lockers but who knows. Dana 35 and 30. He was alone. We pulled him up the waterfall but he made it to the bottom. His jeep was clean. I noticed no body damage.

Does eliminating the ground prong solve your problem. I have read GFIs work by comparing current between hot and neutral. Not the ground. Have you considered removing the GFI in the A/C plug. I have heard of problems with two in the line.

How many outlets are on the circuit and is it possible to run the ac of the first outlet in the circuit and put the GFI outlet in the second position?

You already did 90% of tthe work. As far as space and clutter I don't see it. Cap the ends of the tube at the front frame rails for the reservoir. Something to consider in the future. I don't know how much you air up and down but engine driven is nice to have.
