Anyone into 3D printing?

I didn’t take pictures, cuz RME sensitive eyes 😂, but a certain yellow Jeep was pranked this morning with the phallic valve stem caps from cults3D, printed in bright yellow. I’ll update with how much trouble I get in.

Edit* - jokingly got called an @$$hole and she said her parents saw them and were laughing at it too. She says she’s going to put them on her friends car this weekend

I think Chad's electricity bill has doubled since Christmas. That printer must be going non-stop
It has been running pretty consistently. I just finished my first spool of filament with the above part. So $20 in materials. I'll have to see what the power bill increase is. I doubt it's much.

I'm almost done organizing my tool box. Next is reloading room trinkets.

I just got some red, grey and black PLA+ filament yesterday. I'm going to play with slicing different colors for raised lettering and such.

In my previous job so long as I provided my own filament we could use the machines for personal use off hours, I no longer have that and I miss it and want to buy one ha.

They don't hit your power bill as much as you might think. I'm running way more machines, way more hours of the week and it barely registers
Mine has been running nearly 24/7 for 5 weeks and i didn't notice anything on my latest power bill. lucky for us, power in UT is cheap compared to some other states
