CT just saw a rate hike of about double at the start of the new year. People are freaking out here. Went from 12¢/kw to 25¢. $300+ monthly electrical bills for single-family-homes.
That’s the big sales pitch for solar salesman. UT power is so cheap compared to other states its bound to increase

I was surprised at the lack of solar in St George. It turns out that their power is so cheap that even having the perfect location they can't justify solar.

Needed to make some adapter brackets to mount a rear-mounting 20” lightbar with the side-mounting lightbar brackets that came with my front bumper.

A little measuring, CAD work and 2 hrs of print time and I got my brackets. They fit just as expected. Printed with ASA, 4-wall thickness so I shouldn’t ever have an issue with them as “permanent” bracketry. I’m hoping, anyways. Excuse the shitty pictures, pictures were an afterthought.

I've been playing with tinkercad some more and am pretty comfortable with basic design.
Printed this M12 battery rack recently.

I'm working on iterations of a funnel that will fit every Yamaha ever made since they are all the same 1996 technology. That way I can give one to @jeeper for his birthday.

First test print on the Ender-7. Little Tikes wrench I got off Thingaverse. Converted it in the slicer with default settings and it printed at 250 mm/s! Only took an hour.

It's not great, but it's good. I bet if I slow it down, it'll look real good.
That's pretty good for 250! That's probably a good print for high speeds. Seems like the thin wall and detail areas are where I struggled at 250, but there are people in the forums that are doing really clean high detail stuff at that speed
