Hey Kiel, why not make the back "doos" look the same as the front? With the crossing bars? Just wondering.

I thought about it for a while, and think I might change it a little for easier access. But I don't know about the x for the back because when it is skinned it would look sorta funky with 2 x's in front of eachother, we will see, I can change those at anytime though;)

Don't want you guys to think I"m slacking so heres what I've been up to. I bought a 6.0 engine with 1100 miles supposibly last week which I got a computer and harness for yesterday:D. Then last weekend I bough some used 39 bfg crawlers:greg: I also got a core th400 transmission from the junkyard on superbowl sunday, plus I just bought a new miller 210. So let the fun begin

Any updates on this womanly chassis?

What are you talking about this thing is so manly it grows hair all over.;)

Slow but sure I got a harness for the 6.0 I have and computer. Then I sent it out to jims performance to have it modified and cut down so it will run in the buggy with nothing extra:greg: I got that back on friday. Last saturday I redid part of the rear door and some supports.

I also started to tear down my front axle, I will take some pics tomorrow so you guys don't feel left out. The transmission is next

Yeah he is, he always answers his phone and I was expecting just some dude to answer. Pretty fast turn around too, he has gotten lots of good reviews acroos the boards. His prices are getting higher then they used to be, but I guess that comes when your good, still cheaper then painless. Plus we got rid of the egr, trans etc from the harness and computer, but still makes it obd II compatible so I can scan it for problems:)

Well I have spent the last month pretty much trying to get some things bought and set up. I got into my tranny and thought it was fine, but when I went to put my reverse valvebody in found that a pressure plate was cracked all the way through and messed up one of the clutch packs. So time for a rebuild since I'm in there. Ran down to J and G and got a another used pressure plate and a replacement accumulator cup that was broken. Then on the recomends of the board went down to axiom to get a rebuild kit and a atsg book that Shawn reccomended (this book is awesome) and cheap insurance. So far I'm half way down and up to the drum behind the pump. I also got my 2 rockcrusher diff covers in the mail today, couldn't pass up the deal I got.

What stall speed did you end up going with? Were you able to come to a conclusion on what stall speed wouldn't drive thru the brakes with your setup?

I ask because I'm about to order a 2400 RPM converter for my TH350. Want to make sure I'm on the right track, that seems like a high stall speed!
