Maybe... let me cook a decent pizza first! You have a good recipe for sourdough? My wife loves sourdough, so I'm sure she'd be all in.

Now that I know about pre-heating the stone, I should be able to make a killer pizza next time. And now I totally understand why you love it so much, it's fun to make your own pizza and cook it on hot coals!


Damn Greg, those look great! I've only tried grilling a pizza once and my results were so bad I haven't tried it again...

If the dough was completely cooked they would have been perfect! I was impressed with the grill, it got up to 650+ degrees and held that temp pretty well. It's amazing to me that you can cook a pizza in about 5 min. The cheese, crust and toppings were cooked perfectly (if not overcooked to make up for the under cooked dough). I don't mind a little color on the toppings and crust, next time I should be able to cook the dough completely and not overcook the toppings.
