Orderville seems to always have one

Wayne County used to have one. His name was Deputy Parker Bogus Dolittle. We’d park him in his old Crown Vic usually in Loa but sometimes Torrey or Hanksville, whoever complained about speeders the loudest. We usually only had one Deputy on duty in the whole county so catching speeders wasn’t the highest priority. When the old Sheriff (pictured) was ousted he claimed Parker as his and took him home.
The picture doesn’t lie, Parker was only the top half of a mannequin.

I’ve seen the one in Orderville too. Parked in an old Ram Charger IIRC.

Moab has a dummy patrol car parked on the road up to the Mill Creek trailhead, or did for a couple days running earlier this year. I didn't ever look to see if there was a dummy in it.
