Need to finish wiring the under the dash wires on my harness. I have 11 wires and have highted the wires I believe I will need.

Will run a relay for the TCC, do I need both #7, and #8 on the harness image below?
Also do I need the speedometer wire #2 on images below?

Got this relay switch at the yard, with 2 relays, can I use it for the TCC and Fan? They 35A

Thanks

My 04 doesn't have a fan relay under hood panel
Sorry, I was confusing stuff. I used the Transmission control relay or the rear window defrost relay and relabeled it FAN in my fuse box. I think they were both high enough current to handle the fan. I tried to use OEM wiring and relays as much as possible to keep it clean and easy. Just split the OEM Fuse box and cut the wire below/tied into it with new circuit.

Nice, I like that. like that. I will look at both the trans and rear window relay.

Behind the gloves box, there is a added circuit tap (with two 10amp fuses) into fuse #10 (instrument cluster) that was used for some sort of lighting unit I won't need, can that be used for 12v+ key hot ?

For the ignition switch wire, I traced the wire from fuse #22 in fuse box in engine bay to ignition switch plug under steering column, found the small red and the big purple n red, both go to the fuse.

which of these two wires should I tap into for the small purple wire off the starter, and the Ignition wire feed from the gm harness under dash wire?

HELP PLEASE.

I have everything connected, now when I plug the battery the motor statt to crank, key not even on.

The ignition wire in the harness is connected to the dark blue wire on ignition switch A21, and the starter purple wire is tapped into A2 wire pink/black from the starter fuse in fuse box in engine.

What did I do wrong.

Thanks

I used the fan relay in the Jeep under hood fuse panel but you could use this. I don't think you need both pin 7 and 8, just pin 8.
I see they are two fan relay, High and Low, which one to use?

I would guess you are tying the battery voltage and the ignition on signal to the same pin. Make sure you are connecting to opposite sides of the relay.

It doesn't matter what relay you use, they should both be rated for the same current. If you use a two speed fan you will need two relays. I suggest doing what Unstuck said and using a PWM fan controller if you are using a single speed fan. I am not currently but that is on my short list.

For the purple starter wire, I have connected it to the small yellow wire on the ignition switch. It starts but was looking to run it to a wire inside the engine bay.

UNSTUCK

But stuck more often.
Don't run your purple starter solenoid wire to the ignition switch. I’d run it all the way to the output of the starter relay. Or as a minimum connect it to the old starter solenoid wire. Otherwise you’ll burn up your ignition switch.

Ok, so that will be the T40 wire on C104?
