Is this for ALL the AF projects or just the 085-194 junction?

Is your "20 people" number including or in addition to the people I will need? I'd like to have 10-15 just for my part so that we can be sure to get done quickly, plus equipment. I will probably start a thread just for my part of the project as soon as I get it a little more defined.
