...If Marc is going to be there by 6pm on Friday, we'll be set on the projector. I beleive that is the plan. I'll be running my presentation off my iPad, so I'm good. I think Marc will be bringing his laptop which I assume has PP on it.

I can bring a laptop with PP. Has Office 2007 on it. Do you have an iPad iVGA iadapter or should I bring that for you as well? I'll bring my iPad and iPhone so we can iCommunicate if we need to. I have an iLaptop if we need that as well, but I rarely use that (not a fan of the OS and program availability/cost) and couldn't vouch for any reliability or other issues re: that machine.

So I've got the list up there, I was under the impression that Jason was handleing the purchasing part of the food and bringing the untinzles and dishes. If I need to get all that, I need to know ASAP, I don't want to double buy. We've had an offer from Marc to bring a 6' table and Steve to bring a smaller table as well. I think that should be enough space for serving.

I've got my grill and griddle, so does Marc. I just sent Skippy a PM to make sure he's still planning on bringing his stuff. I can bring another single burner for eggs or something too. If we've got two people starting around 7:30 mixing up the pancakes and prepping the eggs that should give us time to start serving at 8. I'll bring mixing bowles and such.

6' table, 2 burner Camp Chef (griddle shipped last night and is out for delivery to my house today?---way to go Overstock.com :D), propane tank, laptop, projector, screen

Has anyone verified with Marc that he is coming, and that he will have his projector again? I might have access to one if he doesn't.
...

projector is on it's way, has VGA, S-video, yellow RCA jack and a USB/mini USB adapter

...Good call, does anyone else have one they can bring?

Marc & Scott, will you guys need cones again?

No "fire pit".

Cones would be handy IMHO. Are we planning on a similar course to last time but with less "radical" lines?

Totally comfortable with whatever you and Scott come up with. I think we could just kinda get a pulse on the participants and start marking a few lines accordingly. I'll network with John W. today to get us some cones out there. I'll likely plan to be out at the part ~4PM as to start getting all the cones from a to b, etc.

I'll be picking up a Dock Connector - VGA adapter today. It'll come in handy down the line.

Great!

I can bring my volcano stove which can help grill/cook and be a fire pit:cool:

That would be cool. Thanks!

I will arrive at 3PM Sat. for the U4 presentation unless you want me there earlier.

I would plan to be there earlier if possible Jack. As noted really rough weather isn't going to cancel the course work (recovery and spotting/driving) but its likely to shorten it. I'd plan on being there following lunch (1PM) to be on the safe side and to give yourself room to setup if needed.

My vote for Friday night is to be around the campfire, even though the garage may be more convenient for the instructors . Considering all the people that are new to RME, rockcrawling, and most likely MMP, it'd probably be best to stay in one spot that night. Especially since there won't be any "familiar faces" to them since they're brand new. It'll be after dark and it'll just be easier that way. My 2 cents.

Lets get a pulse on the weather tomorrow and go from there. As my 'Intro to 4x4 opportunities in Utah II' class is totally dynamic, its better suited around the campfire anyways :D

I've got my Recovery 102 powerpoint finished up. Who's computer are we using? Can I email it over to you just to double check it works and formatting looks OK?

Ummm... Since everything was pointing towards being inside, mine is all Power Point now. I really don't have something to do around the campfire.

Foods all purchased. I'm hoping to be out there at 6pm on the dot, but I just got a call from work and there is a slim possibility I might need to go in to oversee some stuff at close of business at 5. Regardless, I'll be there by the time my presentation starts at the latest.
