OK, so I broke down and bought the kids a Wii. I laughed at the Wii fit, but from a recommendation from a friend who's having great success with the Wii Fit, I bought that as well.

I'm about 3-4 days in so I'm very cautious about saying anything overly positive, but my abs are KILLING me and my posture is 200% better the past few days. The Wii says I've already lost 3.5 lbs :rolleyes:.....I'm sure I eat that much for dinner or whatever. I do play at the same time every night, though. Hoping that will limit the variables. The scale in the bathroom tends to agree with the Wii, though, so I'm going with it for now.

We'll see how the Wii works out for me.

Unbelievable pics, nice job man. Marc, I played on our sons Wii system and feel it work well. But its going to be like any other program you use, you'll just have to stick with it. More power to you.

Well i guess i better give my update

So since ive decided to change careers, actually had an interview with Washington Terrace Fire Dept today, ive been eating healthier and working out more. So i weighed in at the beggining of jan at 245 pounds. as of today im at 227. my end goal is to be around 180 or 190.

I've a long way to go before anyone get's to come after me with a camera ;)

Big loss has been excess chub......now to put more weight on, but muscle! Goals.....can't give up!:greg:

Good news is all of my lifts are still going up. I have a feeling once that stops, I am going to get scared and start eating more. :-\

I was at 189.6 this morning, but I feel like that extra couple pounds is more likely just a fluctuation in water weight. I've been hovering at 192 for about 10 days.

Well, first day at the gym today. I'm starting off slow and simple with doing the 'fat burn' program on the treadmill.. There's no way i'd handle running alot yet.

My lower back has issues, so i've gotta build into running. Also, i'm going to work on my core, to hopefully help my lower back out some.

Initial feelings.. I liked it. I felt good afterwards. My goal is to go atleast 3 times a week.

I believe I walked 2.4miles in 40minutes. I tried to keep my HR up around 130ish for majority of the time.

Eh, i'm not even sure what the hell i'm doing, but i figure i'll figure it out over time.
