Well, first day at the gym today. I'm starting off slow and simple with doing the 'fat burn' program on the treadmill.. There's no way i'd handle running alot yet.
My lower back has issues, so i've gotta build into running. Also, i'm going to work on my core, to hopefully help my lower back out some.
Initial feelings.. I liked it. I felt good afterwards. My goal is to go atleast 3 times a week.
I believe I walked 2.4miles in 40minutes. I tried to keep my HR up around 130ish for majority of the time.
Eh, i'm not even sure what the hell i'm doing, but i figure i'll figure it out over time.
