I need to do a local test ride on the bike before I head out of town with it. I wish I could join you, it's a blast down there

I wish I could join you but I have been screwing off every weekend for the last 3 weeks. Twice in St George and then snowmobiling last weekend and then headed to St George again the week after this weekend.

No worries guys, good to hear you've been getting out so much Russ & Von! Derek... get your sh!t tested out so we can ride!

I finally got the bike running again. The float needle had some varnish on it and stuck shut. It must have been bad fuel considering the carb had about 10 hours on it since its rebuild.

I'm heading out riding Saturday with Jeeper. If anyone wants to come laugh at the honda rider your welcome to join us

found out anything yet? by the way if your going mousebib, Ive got a rear Ill sell you half price if its the right size...that said Id go Tubelis, cheaper and better in my opionion.

The revloc in it is junk i guess. I filed the basket and it worked for about 5 min and then got stuck again. I also found the support washer between the hub and basket was pretty hammered and has a split in it. New one is on the way

I found a used rekluse z start pro. BUT it uses the stock inner hub and stock basket. Both of which i didnt have. I just bought Lukes old inner hub but his rekluse also uses the stock basket so it was still in the bike.

I just ordered a new basket so maybe by next weekend it will be working


As for the bibs....my bike already has them front and rear. May as well use them for awhile and see what i think

When I ordered my last set of bibs the verdict was still out on the tubliss. Paul had started to try them and James had a race or 2 on his. I may try them next go around. I installed new bibs and tires last night. I shouldn't need to replace them for a while.

Derek and I, along with wives and kids will be at the little spot off Bacchus Hwy and 70th south tomorrow. It will be an easy going play time if anyone wants to join. we will have a few first timers.

Did some riding today, 5 min outside of Grand Junction... I rode the amazing Butterknife singletrack trail, then played at Bangs Canyon. This video is from Bangs Canyon, I'll work on editing the Butterknife riding tomorrow.

It was a good day to ride.. may have to go out on Sunday again! Yeah, it's way easier to ride fast on smooth rock, compared to whoops!!

Well I finally got home from work before 9 pm today so I loaded up the new bike and headed for Fruit Heights. Started up the little trail that takes you up to the dirt roads and was met with this






This WAS the only access to this public land. '

It REALLY bums me out. For one its the closest place to home to ride and secondly I grew up riding dirtbikes on these roads. Back then a buddy knew a farmer and we had permission to cut thru his orchard.

So I headed over to Farmington Canyon. Sun was pretty low when I got there so I just played around on the fire break road til I couldn't see anymore

So as a lot of you may know this was my first ride on the new bike. Its hard to tell much about a bike cruising on a dirt road but so far I dig it

I'm going to go ride Saturday. My snowboard season pass is blacked out, so I'm going to ride.

Went and rode Soldiers pass yesterday. Weather was great. I can't ride this weekend so I figured I had to get a ride in sometime this week. Glad I did.
