So you are pro making hard trails easy by way of stacking rocks? Then why not go drive AF Canyon?
The same reasons should be applied to not poring concrete out there. The FS has not given us the go ahead or it is private land and we can be shut down at any time.As for blocking bypasses, search the forum a bit and you'll find a list of threads that detail (repeatedly) what should be done and why it hasn't been done yet.
Like I said, leaving stacked rocks is gay.
I think whoever did that should be applauded, not horse-whipped. Horse-whip the outstanding bastards that take bypasses, and leave trash and busted parts. Horse-whip all the lazy bastards that don't do any trail work.
...Now if you were to say a group of people went out to prevent the stacking of rock by locking them into concrete so be it...
I don't think any one should use concrete to modify any trails.I think that if you can make it over stuff without stacking cool that means that you spent the time money and alot of weekends to get you're rig that way.On the other hand we all had to start somewhere and every one has the right to try whatever they want. so if they need to stack rocks help them. If you don't want them there on you're turn then move them.We are all out there for the same reasons to have fun.So lets get out there support each other and have a good time
Concrete dumped in the middle of no-where is just trash and should be cleaned up regardless of where it is or perceived function. Let's get out there and clean up the place.
