Interesting fact: Red Canyon is an incorrect spelling correction, it was named to honor Lemuel Redd Sr., one of the four Hole In The Rock advance scouting party members.

Near HY 12 looking eastward off of Boulder Mountain across Capitol Reef NP with the Henry Mtns in the distance. Bowns Reservoir is in view in the right center.
