No, further south than Blue John. And this one runs the other way - it drains into the Dirty Devil.
Here's another hint in the form of another picture. This feature is just a couple miles from the canyon, on the mesa which this canyon forms one side of.

A very good guess, very close, but not quite there. You went just a little bit too far south. Happy is on the south side of the mesa, the canyon in the picture is on the north.

well if it makes you feel better i was 80% sure it was sunnyside, i just threw the other two out just cause. i used to love that drive from price through sunyside and up bruins everyday for work.
and since the last two i did someone got them quick. i'm gonna do a hard one.
i'll accept the name of the canyon its in as a right answer even.
