Funny you ask... the main cage is going to Armor for p-coat after I’m done with it today. However, this rear section is now at a buddy’s paint shop. He and others have found it amusing that my initials are represented in the tubework (not intentional), so he offered free work if I’d let him...

I hastily spray painted this cage section the night before last year’s off-road expo. Lots of thinner and scotchbrite to get back to square one.

I’m not scared. However, it may be good to have another rig of equal or greater weight if we need to drag the ‘ol girl out. 😂

If you’re referring to the 6.6, it has forged internals and no multi-displacement nonsense. It’s almost as if the engineers intended for me to supercharge it. 😂 However. it’s in its 2nd year and nothing available yet. 🤷‍♂️

I too picked one up for my Bauer portaband. Works great! The price was right, and with a full plate of projects, I’m good with not having to fab one up. 🤘
