    TH400-205 adapter

The older 205s had an adapter that was shaped like a figure 8, the newer ones had a round pattern adapter that is more like what is on the 231, 241 etc.

    New to the forum.

Welcome, your addictions are almost an exact match for mine except I haven't been bowhunting in years since I messed up my shoulder. I tagged along with my son in law on his Book Cliffs archery hunt last year and had a great time. I have also been in scouts for over 30 years. I am also addicted...

Bending plate steel without a big brake

I built up a gas tank skid plate yesterday for the Commando project and needed to make some long 90 degree bends. My dad's sheet metal brake was too wimpy to bend 1/8 inch so I put a rosebud on the torch and tried to heat and bend it with the torch and some angle iron. However there was no way...

    Moab Safari 1970

It was interresting to see the Bantam 3C trailer they hauled their motorbikes in. I ended up buying it from my friend when they sold off his parents estate. It looked a bit newer back then.

    Moab Safari 1970

A friend of mine converted some of his old family movies of a trail they did in 1970 as part of the Jeep Safari. A fun look into the past. There is also a fun video of them riding their motorbikes on the newly opened slickrock bike trail. Brings back old memories. http://vimeo.com/37035579...

    Wimpy Jeep in Moab

The truck could do all of them and the minivan could do some of them. I wouldn't try a minivan on Delenbaugh tunnel, rainbow terraces, Canyonlands overlook or parts of the boxcar bridge trail. We had a great time, unfortunately we had to come home.

    Wimpy Jeep in Moab

My son wanted to go down to Moab for his birthday and do some jeeping and hiking. We didn't have anyone to go with so we took the mall crawling (W)impy (J)eep for a smooth ride. On Friday we did the Box Car Bridge trail, the anticline overlook, the canyonlands overlook and the needles overlook...

Hole in the Rock trail - March

There is another book written by David E Miller who was a history professor at the U that is THE reference book for the Hole in the Rock pioneer journey. The Undaunted book references it all the time. I have read both and both are good. I used to mow David Miller's lawn when I was a teenager and...
