How do you explain all of those flat fenders out there that still do the job? And the answer is: They are maintained to do the job the owner wants them to do. So buy what you will maintain. Miles and years do not count.

Could not see the picture that well. So back to the chisel or 12 point, I have also used a air grinder with a small cut off wheel. If you don't have air you can use a hand impact driver and small hand sledge with the 12 point.

Do you guys ever use a drill and easy-out. Worked for me.

Do you need anything from U4?

It was $18.00 with the U4 discount at LHM. There is no TSB out on it but the part has been modified/changed so that means it wasn't a design flaw just too many people complaining. The new part is about $20 and since it is just a cooling system hose piece it must be jazzy.

Nothing like getting stuck for something new! I wonder if it is needed except for the warranty stuff?
