    Ok you movie buffs...

Not sure, but is it "Hot Shots"?... they were making fun of Top Gun, Officer and a gentleman, or both if I remember right.

    Any dirtbike forums out there?

I've been looking around for the same thing... I guess nobody has started up an "RME type" dirt biking forum yet. I bet Greg has got time to head up a 3rd BBS, right Greg? :p

where to get steel laser cut

Well, you will pay a one-time "setup" or programming charge. Then, you will be charged based on the distance of all of the cuts to be made. They may even tack on some extra due to the many starts and stops the laser has to make to cut all of those bolt holes. Anyway, you woudn't be able to...

    Alternative to air bags...

Ahhhhh, you vile temptress!!! You, and the rest of these guys are going to get me to spend more money (and get what I really need), aren't you! :)

    Alternative to air bags...

Yeah, thats my concern exactly. This situation reminds me alot of the whole adjustable shock vs. non-adjustable, where you typically find the setting you want and end up leaving it there. So, if the non-adjustable shocks had the same damping as the adjustable ones at the setting chosen, why...

    Alternative to air bags...

Thanks for the feedback Brian. My dilema is this... I know that an air bag setup will be perfect for my needs. However, a $200 difference between the two options has got me real curious. If I can't find someone with some first hand experience running the Timbren units (with a similar setup...

    Alternative to air bags...

I'm seriously considering going with a Timbren load leveling bump-stoppy deal as an alternative to an air bag setup. Air bags kits w/ manual fill schrader valves (no fancy pumps or gauges) are approx. $300. Timbren bumpstop things with bracketry and hardware (all bolt-on), I can get...

    Gas/Diesel prices

I have had to do a crap load of research on the subject and have talked to the the big wig chemist out at the refinery in NSL. They understand the importance of keeping fuel system components properly lubricated, so no worries there... ULSD has "lubricity agents" to offset the lack of sulfur...

Now that we know what you tow with, Let's see some pictures

Thats good to hear. However, my truck is invincible!!! You hear me, INVINCIBLE!!! Bwahahahahaaaaaa! BTW, what was it that happened to your truck a while back when Gillette (I think) had to fix it? Should I be concerned? It sounded kinda scary if I remember right...

Now that we know what you tow with, Let's see some pictures

Luckily, I caught mine starting to leak before going on a long trip. Funny, the friend that would have most likely come to trailer my rig would have used his 1ton Dodge. Hmmm, I'm seeing a disturbing pattern here...

    95 Dodge 2500 Cummins

You say the injector pump and maybe some and/or all injectors have been replaced? How about the transfer pump? Some people get the "injector" and "transfer" pumps mixed up when refering to the pumps. If the injector pump has been recently replaced (which is the much more expensive of the...

    need a good powerstroke mechanic

Alright, this clutch info is good stuff, so I'm gonna do some highjacking of this thread... In the near future, I'm gonna need a new clutch for my 6 speed '99 PSD. I have an Edge Evolution programmer which is useless sitting in the box since I can spin my clutch w/ stock power. I've been...

Uh, you mean 1.6 block, not "head". I'm sure SRN is aware of running the 1.3 head on a 1.6 block (using the 1.6 head gasket), but I doubt he's interested in the extra work and expense of a 1.6 swap kit.
