The long, short shape of the XJ radiator is the biggest part of the problem....I was reading some stuff about radiator design, and this shape was said to be the least effecient. Angie' XJ overheated constantly until I installed a 3 core open system radiator. It has been fine since then.

Use the TRE's. The RK ends are meant for suspension. They have a delron/poly race that would give too much play in a steering setup. If you have to use a rod end, use a high quality heim. I use heims on mine, wish I would have stayed with TRE's. Always use DOM if not CroMo for steering...

Yep, the heim on one radius arm did not have a lot of thread in the arm, has made me nervious for a long time, so I weld an nut to it just to make e feel better. it'll work until I build some all new ones :D Maybe I'll try the single arm thing next time.... :p

Yep, my soft top was as warm if not warmer than the hard top. (EB tops has a lot of glass and metal to warm up).

Me too, they quoted me $750 :eek2: for the Bronco. I laughed outloud and walked out :-\ Had All terrain do it for less then 1/2 that....and they did a kick a$$ job!!!! Too bad they don't do exhaust anymore. :(

Nope, I know that the truck injection won't fit even with a 3" body lift. Seen people try....The other problem is the tallest part is off center, so even if the scoop was tall enough, it would have to be off center....

C6 is bigger, and that is about all. Not really any better. It will however suck more horsepower. It is known for being an inefficient trans. Also requires at least a 1" body lift to fit it in and EB. Will also require driveline mods....

Most all of the Bronco supply places can sell you a complete powersteering setup, but they are $$$$. Yep, EB's are the only vehicle that ever used a 4wd C4. Watch for a C4-d20 combo on the boards and in the paper. Or if you have the $$ you can get a core/rebuilt 2wd C4 and an adapter from...

Best to use an carbed 351w (cheaper) and source the mustang injection set up from either a JY or ford motorsport. The injection setup on the late model 351W truck motors is to tall to fit under a EB hood, even with a body lift. You can also use a carbed 351W and either a chev/holley/howell...
