I run Maxxis, and you're never going to tear a side wall for sure. I think the MTR has a bit better bite though. I'll probably replace the Maxxis with Goodyears when the time comes, and realize I'll replace them one at a time due to side wall failures. Do you want good traction, or reliability?

Mine is 14X70. Keep in mind that if you're going to gate it, you will lose a little width. If you look at my gate closely, you'll see the top is kind of scalloped?? When I went to the 102" wide bodied motorhome, I found out it wouldn't fit between the gates. That design in the top of the fence...

I've ALWAYS gone to the axles. Tow truck "J" hooks, and let the suspension take up the ride. "J" hooks aren't cheap, but you can do the same with regular tow chain a couple binders. Personally, I would never use straps just because they wear, sun rot, and will stretch. I can load mine in...

Hey Tacoma, did you see my Toy in the back yard? I did an Ebay special, spray in, DIY, with gun, did the bed and interior floor. Seems like it was around 3 bills. Holding up good so far, but damn it takes a ton of air to shoot that mud! :D

35's on a Toy? You NEED to do both! I run 5.29's and dual cases. Great on the street and offroad. If anything, I'll go lower gears in one case now. I'd start with the 5.29's, then keep an eye out for a cheap T case.

I got mine out of a YJ for my XJ for nothing. Just look around, they're free everywhere, and there was no shortage of 4 banger YJ's back then.

Shawn, you need to draw liquid not gas. You can change the valve and pick up tube, then mount it verticaly, otherwise you're stuck with mounting it horizontal. And yes, propane is a gas, untill you pressurize it.
