how long are you guys waiting between sets?
I didn't time it exactly or anything, I assume it was close to 60 seconds. I get bored waiting around so I am sure on some sets (this goes for interval training at the gym, too) I may rush it.
All, I know is that I'm not used to just doing set after set of the same thing. As well, that last set absolutely tested my head because I wanted to stop at 10, 11, 12... and then finally at 20 I felt bad because I didn't try to eek out one more.
So that's an interesting question. When you do a pushup, what percentage of your bodyweight are you lifting?
Google says 70%, plus or minus.
