Man the resivore is low. i used to take the scouts out there all the time.

on the rock lights i defininatly need to get led lights, i would be good to have the fronts throw alittle light forward so you can turn off your head lights when your following some on the trail.

Thanks for the link Brandon. Fiberglass fenders aren't really my style. And i think I'd have to trim those fenders too. Bit thanks for the link.

My exhaust has been leaking a lot, and without the tranny tunnel being fully sealed, it started to fill the cab with those nasty exhaust fumes. So I took it to Rick's muffler, the only muffler shop in my opinion, and he hooked me up with a new cat and a flowmaster 50 series in less than a hour. Great work and a great guy. Unfortunately this truck has stupid CA emissions on it, so the cat cost $380 instead of $180, but it's done and I don't have to worry about passing out while I drive now. :D

As cool as the 40 series exhausts sound, they're simply too loud and annoying on the freeway on long trips. The 50 series is nice. It sounds better than stock, but isn't overly loud. Now that I got rid of the exhaust leaks, my bushranger air jack will work a lot better.

Rick's does top notch work. I took my TJ there after I finished putting my 5.3 in. I didn't think there was going to be room to fit both cat's and a collector, but Jesse is a craftsman and had the whole thing done in less than an afternoon. It was worth trailering my Jeep from Sandy down to them. I would recommend them to anyone!

Many many thanks to 83trailblazer, TJDukit, and chocflip for helping me make this rear section. I like that it still has the look of a 1st gen runner. I've had several people ask me if it's a runner, which is cool. I can't believe how time consuming bending, knotching, and putting it all together can be.

Now I can hang a tarp back there and give my future passengers some shade.

wouldnt be too hard to get some marine vinyl from JoAnns Fabric and sew some straps on either.

That is way cool.

I wouldn't use vinyl, it likes to expand and contract with the air temp. Google for marine canvas or Sunforger.
