UNSTUCK
But stuck more often.
Hey, he gave me a thumbs up once. You're not as special as you think you are!All I know is that I have DAA approval. My life is complete. The rest of you can suck it.

Properties like yours and mine have skyrocketed in the last year. I've had neighboring properties to mine sell for 10 times what I paid 4 years ago. They are all the same square footage (5 acre lots) but they don't have a view like mine does.
The pandemic made recreation property like ours extremely appealing.
I will pay attention to market value vs tax value for the next few weeks
I've only heard of one for sale nearby. I'm not sure if it's a single 5 acre, or two 5's.About 10ish years go (shortly after the fire) I had a neighbor try to sell me a few lots for $1,000 each. I even went and checked them out.. But there were so many available at that time that I figured it was a bad idea. Oops.
However, I think each of them were north of the fire department and all had HOA's. If I am going to buy a slice of heaven, it wont have someone telling me how to use it!
I've thought about asking you to let me know if a neighbor is selling sometime.. so I guess I just did..

Truly is the logo representation of what @Hickey calls Satan's but hole
I stubbed my toe this morning and blamed Biden for that too.If you voted for Biden be sure to celebrate record high prices, record high inflation, world instability and in your face corruption. Congratulations on being gaslighted.

It was $21 for the last year. Our DC in Grantsville is $26. Cheyenne is seeing massive growth. It's Cheyenne. They probably had wages that high already. Who wants to live there?
After 4 years of literally blaming trump for everything under the Sun, I’m fascinated by how quiet democrats are considering how outwardly terrible and destructive the new administration is.I could have swore you blamed trump for that a couple years ago
