Someone posted on desert flash that they found a very thin rope tied tight at neck height on 157. And also that lots of flat tires are being reported on 157 from nails. Be careful up there guys. The rope kinda sketches me out. I ride up there probably once a week.

Rode some of trail 40 today through to the Cascade scenic byway and back up to Tibble Fork Res. First time on the dirt with the WR and so far I am loving it. Seat is ridiculously hard but other then that she handled well. I am still fine tuning the suspension settings but seem to have got it ridding better. I failed to air down and that was a mistake. I was at probably 20-25 psi

I will be riding again tomorrow and plan to arrive at the Tibble Fork res lot about 10am if anyone cares to join me. I have a black ext Tacoma.

Went out exploring yesterday planned on 200 miles but only did about 80-90. Hit some super slick mud in 4th and went for a ride so I was shook up and dealing with a bent up bike then dugfab layed his over and broke his clutch lever so we admitted defeat and headed home. Ive had better days of ridding but have also had worse so all in all not bad.

Deviant, sounds fun though :) I took a little ride up AF today and hit Forest lake trail up and down, rode up Mary Ellen Gulch to where it begins to get pretty rocky, then took a little jaunt up 85 to about the summit before it begins its decent into Midway. Fun little ride and took a little spill going up Forest Lake. I always miss the good stuff on my go pro! Last few times I thought I started the recording and missed the little spills!

Anyway, I was brainstorming and wondering if there would be in interest in the Thursday night, or perhaps another night, rides again? Many might remember Steve set these last year and they were a lot of fun.

Would anyone be interested?

Riding Chimney rock in the morning.
We are quite a ways in in the road. 5th wheel toy hauler with a blue GMC duramax and a charcoal Ford Eco-boost. The camp is full of CRF150Rs if you want to stop by. We have one newby 13yr old so our pace will be slower and trails a little easier. Be careful? The washes have been cleaned out meaning that the trails drop straight off into them. They must of had some crazy rain storms through here
