I test drove Russ KTM and Strattons Husky. I think with a bit of practice I could really fall in love with a 300. I'd really like to get a bike built for single track this time around. The Beta X trainer is calling out to me
 
We were 1.5 or 1.6 miles into the roughest rocks and around 6.1 miles from the truck according to the ODO. Even though it was hard to drag that bike out; stuff happened and I had lots of fun spending time with friends!

THIS^^^ thank you guys so much for the hours of hard work. Brian and Stratton never even considered going with the group down the trail after I broke down. Without any hesitation they were forming our rescue mission. Thank you so much guys

Oh crap!!! Riding a bike through 5MOH is challenging enough but dragging a dead bike through 5MOH is a whole other story! Sorry you had to experience that :ugh:

I'd like some of that fancy shoelace if you've got any extra Derrick. Maybe 12-15 feet. Let me know how I can get my hands on some.

I should have taken a picture of our setup to pull the bike out. Looked like two sled dogs and a musher trying to go rock crawling.
 
I had the pleasure of riding with Tyson today. I now know how it feels to be picked last. No one else could ride today apparently because I was his last choice today. Thanks for letting me chase you around today
 
I'm itching to go ride! I plan to head out either Friday or Saturday but I'm not sure where to go. Does anyone have a suggestion? What are the conditions out there?
Does cherry creek, the swell, or Moab, have snow?

I'm going with Jeeper and possibly Deviant, but more are welcome to come join us. Give me a shout
