I pulled the YJ cage out pulled the dash pad off and cut the rear apart for the dovetail and the new cage

Just bought this cheap ipod touch knock off and cant figure out how to transfer music and video to it. Ive tried through itunes and windows media player and just cant figure it out and its frustrating me. Ive searched the internet but cant find anything useful besides guys saying that you need to use windows media player but that doesnt work for me. Seller is no help and the user guys just says how to play things and not how to transfer anything to the player.
