New PAV (Poverty Activity Vehicle) for the HooptieX race in 2 months. My heart still beats for a $200 XJ.

I did have to supply my own wheels and tires though, since it’s been sitting like this. So I guess technically a $400 XJ. She’s seen better days. But considering it fired right up and drove onto the trailer, it will be a perfect HooptieX vehicle.
