    Jeep o2 sensor questions.....

You should have an upstream sensor for each bank and a downstream sensor after each cat. If the sensor is cylcing quickly above and below half a volt, it's working properly. Downstream sensors typically cycle very slowly to show that the cat is functioning. Also, checking an o2 sensor with a...

    Magpul may leave CO?!?

So what if they leave CO? Why does it matter what state they're based out of anyway?

Why are winches able to pull more as less is wrapped around the spool?

A good benefit of synthetic ropes is that they will dig down into the drum because the rope that isn't under tension is soft, so you can get first or second layer pull power even on a fully loaded drum.

    Invisible customer

Seriously report it. The owner/store manager isn't going to let a few wanker employees ruin their store's integrity.

    LED Headlight Bulbs

Don't waste your time. You'd need at least 15 watts of LED to equal the ~1200 lumens from a 55 watt halogen. Also, the housings won't focus those led's properly anyway (if at all)... so even if it was bright enough it would suck since the light wouldn't really go where you need it. I'm...

    Opinions? 2013 Corvette unveiled!

I'm sure the car will be good, but as for the exterior appearance... the c5 was clean, the c6 was edgier but still clean, the c7 has more silly facets than a stealth fighter... and the back end is a mosaic of complete nonsense, it makes me nauseous compared to the clean back end of the c5 and...

    Jeep Wrangler Intake options?

Why even mess with the stock setup? seems like a waste of time and money to me since it's not going to gain anything.

How awesome are these gas prices!

People still do that nonsense today... Drive to other cities and what not to fill up and save 50 cents, while spending more than that to make the trip... then blow a couple bucks at the gas station on impulse buys.

Which REAL HID kit to get?

While that would depend greatly on the design of the system, LED's still put out MUCH more heat than light. My 100 watt led pictured above probably turns 90 of those watts into heat and only 10 into light. The luminous efficiency of halogen headlights is more like 3-4%, with the newest, most...

    hydrogen injection

Oxy-acetylene burns at about 6330°F, while oxy-hydrogen is only around 5070°F. There are only a couple oxy-gas mixtures that burn hotter than acetylene. Hydrogen is also pretty useless for welding due to hydrogen embrittlement of the steel, which leads to cold cracking. HHO setups in cars are...

Which REAL HID kit to get?

Another important factor worth noting is the condition of your housings. Foggy or yellow housings will never have good performance, the lenses need to be optically clear or you're just wasting your time going to better bulbs.
