    My coming out!

Sorry for the hijack :ugh: but what did you do for the D44 sterring setup? I've got H1 rims and need to use them to get my Scout to fit up on my trailer but the steering issue keeps me stumped. I'm using a Chevy D44 in case that helps Thanks, Brad J Oh, and welcome :)

Anyone drive a late model Corolla?

My Brother in law got a late 80's Mazda new and put w/ 280k miles on it and even sold it a few years ago for 2k. :eek2: My impression of Mazda has been changed. But I know nothing about new cars except that my parents bought a new Accord and love it. Good Luck, Brad J

    noooo! somebody help me!!

The lights are a standard 1156 & 1157. Just buy several and replace them. If they don't work then comes the fun part of tracing the wiring back to see at what point the voltage stops going down the line. If you have marker lights I'm not sure what bulb those would be. Let us know if the bulbs...

Keep an eye out for my Sub.......It's lost

Sorry to hear, I joke around w/ my wife how bad the crime is around here. I grew up next to Liberty Park and we had some scary times around there every so often. Hope you get it back. Did you have full coverage? Probably not. :( Good Luck, Brad J

If its an '80 w/ square headlights then there is a very good possibility it has a D300. The D20 will have the speedo cable on the drivers side the D300 will be on the Passenger side. HTH -Brad J

As of right now there is no aftermarket intake manifold that I am aware of but there is an aluminum 4 barrel intake manifold in the works for the 345 & 392 by a Vendor in CA. Headers and FI are popular to get but I haven't tried either yet. I am very jealous, I've been looking for a Traveler/...

I have an 86 2 wheel drive Suburban w/ a 454 in it and I've thought about converting it also but the front end has a serious crossmember under the engine that is 2 feet wide. :eek2: It hangs very low and the front is independent suspension w/ upper and lower control arms, The easiest way to...

    sami question

X2 I bought a $7.00 Ford solenoid and 2 new battery cables and ran the remote solenoid on my scout right after I bought it (6 years ago) since it clicked more than turned over. I've only had that problem once since then and it was from a dead battery. No more problem w/ hot starts either...

Disc/ Disc Corvette MC but still bad brakes

I have heard of using a Ford E300 MC when converting to disc's. Not used as often but a direct bolt on in scouts. I'll have to research what years to use. Don't they have power assist though? I'm trying to avoid putting in power brakes. Thanks, Brad J.

Disc/ Disc Corvette MC but still bad brakes

I'm using a 1 1/8" Bore AutoZone M1371 for a 67 vette manual brakes nut w/ disc f/r. I'm running the same setup as mentioned in many places on Jeeps so its pretty frustrating. Here is one link I used the info from. http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/archive/index.php/t-50634.html Thanks, Brad J.

Disc/ Disc Corvette MC but still bad brakes

My brakes still suck :mad2: even after getting another rebuilt (told it would be a new one) 67 Corvette manual disc master cylinder, bench bleeding in a vise till there was no more air bubbles, throwing it in my scout. Bleeding quarts and quarts of fluid out of each wheel cylinder. Pedal...
