Anyone heard what the game plan will be for this?

No, not really. Every trail in a designated routes only area is documented on the travel plan established by the managing agency in charge. It is the responsibility of the user to know where the trail is. Right now it's talk to satisfy one side. Telling DNR to step up enforcement is like...

Gov Huntsman: ORV off-trail damage an 'abomination'

http://www.sltrib.com/news/ci_10614514 Is that a call out? Is Huntsman in bed with SUWA? I agree that off-trail resource damage is an abomination. Is the message right, but the way it was relayed a little skewed? A big concern are the statements quoted from USA-ALL. So it's ok to break...

    Ebay question

There are supposed to be guidelines against cancellations, but it's never enforced. The buyer can cancel at any time claiming any number of reasons. There might be some recourse by contacting eBay, but probably not much will be done. I always note in my eBay auctions that I reserve the right...

    Auto transport

U can try uship.com. Two big carriers I've used are Passport (Fedex) and Reliable Carriers. Both are good, but a little expensive. Uship.com is probably your best bet unless you can find someone local.

AF Canyon needs a couple trucks with winches

The Forest Service has requested 2-4 volunteers who can bring their winch-equipped rigs up this Saturday or next to help block off some illegal routes. They'd like to drag some big trees and boulders into place to block these routes. If you can help with something like this, post up here.

U4WDA Service Project Saturday September 27th

I didn't get a photo of it, I just saw it as I baja'd out of the canyon. I'm sure someone from U4X4C will have a photo. The sign itself turned out great.

U4WDA Service Project Saturday September 27th

It is very cool, it turned out great! Unfortunately, it'll have to be uprooted and moved. Perpendicular, not parallel was the requirement from the FS.

U4WDA Service Project Saturday September 27th

Good job to everyone who participated. The sad thing is that we had 45+ volunteers, but at least that many rigs rolled right on by as we were working. Including a group of about 15 land rovers. Suck.

    China killing kids now

 :rofl: One of the greatest books ever. If we are to assume that these "accidents" are planned, then you're right on the money.

    727 rebuild?

I've used J&M in Provo, and they were great for my 727. Those are so common, that every transmission shop can rebuild/replace them. Just finding one that's trustworthy helps.

Anybody have an 08 superduty PS?

I'll add that I dumped the '08 F350 and kept the '04 Dodge 2500 which I enjoying driving much more. I'm not pulling 20K+ loads so the power is fine for my application and the mileage with a chip installed is 19-21 on average. If you can get a similar deal on a Dodge, get it.

Anybody have an 08 superduty PS?

I had an '08 F350 for work and it sucked on mileage. Got 10-11. Other than that, it was a very comfortable truck. Now is a great time to buy almost any car, but deals on trucks and SUV's are especially sweet.

    more suwa crap

Straight from the horses mouth. He described SUWA perfectly without even knowing it. Are we to assume that until these trucks started using the road that dust had never touched the rock art in the last thousand years? So one thousand years of weather and erosion didn't harm the rock art, but...

Greens can enter case over roads in Juab

That's an interesting idea. At least the cases they lost for sure. My challenge to SUWA is still open: spend 10% of your litigation budget on enforcement of existing ohv laws and education of ohv users.
