You can use the stock brackets, or I can send you some 2wd van brackets that work well to. (they sit against the frame like the stock ones) Depending on lift, you may need to switch bushing. I used 3 deg on mine. Marc

A&A Mfg makes the weld on brackets for chevy calipers. They are cheap, like $6 ea. Mcnees/Racers hardware has them her in town. HTH

Almost fogot, look at the radius arms on a rover or izuzu, they mnt on the frt and rear of the tube. Put them on top=flat arm, build hefty. More clearance, just as easy to mnt.
